2 stars for service 4 stars for food and consistency Everyone has been short staffed since Covid and they are allllllways busy and a bit slow but shout out to them for being open Christmas Day. This place is sort of an iconic staple. I've had the show memorized for decades but it's fun and the quality is decent. If you don't mind missing the show you can always eat in the bar area The drinks aren't too shabby, and I usually try one of their seasonal ones for kicks but the coconut mojito is my go-to- along with the green tea icecream!!
5 for the server and cook who were so nice. Food tasted excellent. The bar tenders worked really hard. They made excellent drinks. I'd love to come back during happy hour. Con's : The room was packed and Smokey. Some at the table complained that the table was too hot! The temperature control was uncomfortable.
This place is always wonderful; the drinks, food, show. Both our servers, Alan and Kevin, were attentive and friendly. The food was excellent. We especially liked the St Patrick's Day cocktails.
Great service and friendly staff. Martin our hibachi chef was very funny and entertaining. Our waiter was very attentive to our drinks and clearing the table.
Went into Benihana's for my birthday celebration. Amarice cooked for us and put on a great show. The food was amazing! Jose the manager was very attentive and checked on us to make sure everything was good. Kate was our server and service was 100% on point. She did a great job! We will be back in. We had a great experience! Thank you Conroe Benihana's!!
Always a pleasure to beat the Sunday rush! Made 3p reservations for 2 sat at the bar until our grill was ready. Our appetizers were ready after we were seated and promptly directed to our table. Food was cooked with love , drinks were coming promptly upon refill request. We will be back very soon because the service is always delightful.
